Get your summer camp on!
😎 Hip, hip hooray! Summer is just around the corner, and the Evansville Region is gearing up for another spectacular season of camps and activities. So if you need a way to keep the kiddos entertained, engaged, and off the couch, you are in luck.
Got a little inventor or a curious explorer on your hands? The seasonal camps at cMoe are a perfect playground for kids ages 5 to 12. Weekly themes will have them building and tinkering, blasting off into space, or exploring the physics of sports. These hands-on sessions are so much fun, they won't even realize they're learning!

For that classic summer day camp experience, look no further than the YMCA. With locations all over the region (including Burdette Park and Dunigan YMCA), they bring the fun for kids ages 4 to 12. Expect a whirlwind of outdoor games, creative crafts, and awesome team-building activities that’ll have them making new friends in no time.

Let your little animal lover have a roaring good time at Camp Zoofari. Serving campers ages 4 to 13, the zoo offers incredible themed camps such as "Zoo Detectives" and "Living Fossils." They also host Sensory Safari camps designed for children with unique sensory needs, ensuring every kid gets to connect with wildlife in a way that works for them.

Ready to time travel? At Angel Mounds, campers can step back into the past. Designed for kids entering grades 1 through 6, these camps let them uncover a frozen "Arctic Adventure," explore the "Great Outdoors," or get their hands dirty during a "Week at the Farm."
UE is rolling out the welcome mat for older kids and teens (grades 2-12) with an impressive lineup of specialty camps. Got a future digital innovator or social activist? Sign them up for the Esports Camp or the "Journey to Justice" program. For the younger creatives, there are also amazing workshops in upcycled art, dance, and ceramics.
You don’t have to be a Girl Scout to join in on this outdoor fun! Girls can head to Camp Koch for overnight and day camps to try their hand at archery, canoeing, and cool STEM challenges. From the action-packed "Amazing Race" family camp to peaceful nature sessions, it’s a delightful way to build confidence and make new friends.
The Evansville Region truly has something for everyone this year. But spots tend to fill up faster than a pitcher of sweet tea on a hot June afternoon, so grab your calendar and secure your child's spot today.
