For Annalisa Thewis, it’s not just an empty threat, but a reality that this Gen-Z business owner is building in Henderson, KY! 

Annalisa & her husband, Hunter, relocated to the Evansville Region from Northern Wisconsin after learning of the availability of space in downtown Henderson, where one of Annalisa’s best friends lives. With no family nearby, this might seem risky, but Annalisa credits their success to the community support they received instantly from neighbors and local businesses. 

Antler Coffee opened in July 2023 and has been thriving ever since. Annalisa's journey from contemplating a coffee shop to actually running one is a testament to the power of determination and the support of a tight-knit community. While the move was undoubtedly a leap of faith, it was the unwavering support of the Henderson community that truly solidified their decision. From the moment they set foot in their new hometown, they were met with open arms and warm smiles. The locals embraced them and eagerly anticipated the arrival of Antler Coffee. This outpouring of support gave Annalisa and Hunter the confidence they needed to turn their dream into a reality. We like to call that Midwest Magic.
