A Century of Celebration, Fried Food, and Local Pride
Ah, the Fall Fest. The fry-light of fall in our Region. Think: anything you can dream of, deep fried in greasy goodness, with an apple cider in hand, and live music to enjoy. Plus, all the proceeds go to local nonprofits. You get the good munchies, and the nonprofits help the community! The Fall Fest is the one time of year when locals get together to fill their bellies, judgement free. In fact, it is a rite of passage around here.
What started as a humble group of businessmen trying to better their community has turned into Evansville's biggest event of the year. The West Side Nut Club Fall Festival (known by locals as the Fall Fest) is beloved by people all over the country. Over 200,000 visitors flock to Franklin Street for a taste of fried deliciousness and small-town charm. Over 100 food vendors, amusement park rides, and endless memories all packed into one lively street on the West Side of Evansville. Go for an evening with friends, or come back every night. We won't judge.
