She is beloved, mysterious, mischievous, and magical. And if she ever needed to, she could assemble an army with her name alone. A literal bad ass in every sense of the word.

When Lynn walks into a room, there is no indifference to her presence. Love her or hate her, there is no gray area surrounding her. As the CEO of Leadership Everyone, Lynn pushes or sometimes drags our community to its greatest potential through servant leadership training, VOICE visioning sessions, and boots-on-the-ground work toward making those visions a reality.

Leadership Everyone (LE) is the inclusive source for leadership training and personal development for everyone in the community regardless of economic position, age, race, ethnicity, gender, religion, and sexual orientation. LE brings together people with different talents, gifts, and perspectives to be transformed into leaders who embrace the concept of community trusteeship and the collaborative process. Beyond the LE Retreat, Lynn provides real life opportunities to use the knowledge, skills, and processes through practice and performance, enabling the next generation of community leaders to vision a preferred future and make it happen.
