## Keepin' it real by shopping local

After a feast with the fam, it is time to burn off some steam by going on a shopping spree! This Saturday, November 29th, is your opportunity to support local businesses and maybe win a little something for yourself. Make a real impact by investing in the neighbors who make the Evansville Region feel like home.

What is Small Business Saturday, anyway? Well, it was started on November 27, 2010, as a way to help small businesses gain exposure and encourage locals to shop in their own communities. Now, it has gained nationwide traction. Small Business Saturday is now one of the key events to look forward to in the year, with many towns going all out with photobooths, hot chocolate, and other fun, holiday shopping decor.

So, shop small this Saturday and fall in love with the real heart of what makes your hometown yours.
