WC Handy Fest - Henderson, KY
The W.C. Handy Blues & Barbecue Festival has become one of the largest free music festivals in the nation, drawing attendees from just about every state and many countries. The festival is a celebration of the life and legacy of Henderson resident and “Father of the Blues,” William Christopher Handy.
Evansville Juneteenth Community Block Party

Celebrate the newly recognized federal holiday, Juneteenth, with a day of family fun! Bring your lawn chairs and coolers and enjoy live entertainment all day long, featuring poets, bands, dancers, and more!
We'll have food vendors, retail vendors, and community organizations, as well as activities for the kids, including an art station and bounce houses. And don't forget about the playground at Bayard Park!
