1. Metro Sports Center Youth Soccer League (Ages 5 - 16)
The beauty of what Metro Sports Youth Soccer offers is that it’s a no-cut indoor soccer league where every kid makes the team. But don’t let that fool you into thinking there won’t be a focus on teaching your kids good form and technique. These leagues are run by professional coaches who know what it takes to help your kids learn the skills of teamwork and footwork.
Seasons start periodically throughout the year, with a skill assessment before each season begins. For less than $200 per player, you and your kids will surely enjoy this league together.
2. YMCA Winter Sports
The YMCA of Southwestern Indiana offers a wide variety of indoor Winter sports, including archery, basketball, gymnastics, ninjanastics, NERF, running club, soccer, tennis, and volleyball. Seasons begin in early January with open practices and optional skill evaluations. Game schedules are emailed and posted online by January 25th, with games starting on January 28th. You can call the sports department at 812-491-7720 to learn more about registration fees and to sign your child up for the Winter sports season.
