The Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library has awesome programs for kids, teens, and adults. And...its all free!
This Spring, head to the nearest EVPL branch for STEM themed activities, teen gaming night, pre-k play n' learn, and family movie night.
Or, visit their "Library of Things" to rent outdoor games, musical instruments, baking supplies and so much more.
4. Drop In At Sunset Skatepark
Springtime weather is perfect for afternoons at the skatepark. Sunset Skatepark, located on the Ohio Riverfront, is Indiana's largest concrete skatepark!
This 27,000 square foot skatepark is open to all wheels and features two bowls, a flat derby track, and a large street skate area.
5. Take a Hike at Harmonie State Park
Known as a "trail lovers paradise" this picturesque park is located just 25 miles northwest of Evansville.
Harmonie State Park has hiking and biking trails, camping, boat ramps, and scenic picnic areas.
